AIF®, CPFA®
Co-Founder and Principal
Small business owners and entrepreneurs seek out Manny Frangiadakis, Co-Founder and Principal at Twelve Points because he speaks their language. As an entrepreneur himself, and having grown up in a family business, Manny can provide advice and guidance as someone who has lived similar challenges. Whether they are struggling to recruit and retain employees, challenged with operations, or nervous about how to transition their business to the next owner, Manny and his team can guide them from their expertise and own experiences.
Manny’s drive comes from a deep commitment to improving the lives and financial growth of the families he works with. His belief in the importance of strategic decisions in business and individual success stems from his family’s immigrant background. Working with his family business since his youth, Manny understands the effort it takes to build a successful generational business. This firsthand experience fuels his tireless dedication to being a trusted ally to his clients.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Manny is deeply involved in community initiatives. He shares his expertise and support with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of East Boston, Big Brother Big Sister, and the Alpha Omega Greek American Council, among others in New England. As the financial reporter for WNTN 1550am Grecian Echoes, Manny regularly provides valuable financial planning and general market commentary to the listening audience. Prior to his professional career, Manny attended Bryant University, where he received his B.A. in Finance.
Outside of his professional commitments, Manny enjoys golfing, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family. Manny also remains closely connected to the community, fostering meaningful relationships with his clients. While Manny’s early experiences in his family’s business have shaped his work ethic, his dedication to clients and community involvement define his professional journey.
